Description

Two bottles of Anne and Jean Francois Ganevat "de Toute Beauté" 2021 in perfect condition, always stored in an optimal cellar.

De Toute Beauté, a remarkably supple blend of Gamay and several rare Jura grape varieties that Jean-Francois cannot include in his domaine wines due to their exclusion from the Côtes du Jura appellation. These varieties include Petit Béclan, Gros Béclan, Geusche, Argant, Peurion, Portuguese Blue, Isabelle, and Enfariné. A fine, floral and highly mineral wine, with notes of raspberry, licorice and long pepper. The palate is fleshy, and as a whole it’s all about freshness.

Vinification: low temperature semi-carbonic maceration with indigenous yeasts, followed by one year of maturation in truncated conical vats – all without filtration or added sulphur.
