Description

The 1983 Tuscan vintage was exceptionally good.
Unsurprisingly, the resulting wines were extremely good with the best reds displaying sophisticated aromatic fruit. Quality was also reassuringly consistent throughout the region. The high quality of the fruit allowed for a generous production of age-worthy Chianti Classico Riserva, Montepulciano and Brunello.
