The palate has a most fluid, rounded texture with a wonderful backbone of freshness that lifts this concentrated texture up into lightness without losing its essential palate weight that turns this into a very gastronomic wine. The finish is long, dry, smooth, intense and fresh with a hint of Golden Delicious apple.
