Description

Now very collectible - The Whisky Exchange has one of these for £1250 ! - this is the second in the 8 bottlings where Romain de Tirtoff aka Erte designed the label. This is the vendanges one released in 1989.

The first two are more collectible/expensive as a) people didnt realise they were going to be a set, so didnt collect them, and b) Erte died in April 1990, when only the first two had been released.

This one is missing his registration card - ie someone must have sent it off to Courvoisier earlier - but is in otherwise great nick for something 25/6 years old.
Brandies inside go back to 1892 - year of Erte's birth. I tried Erte 7 - yummy, if a trifle tired.
