Cellartracker review (10/2021): Beautiful aromas of berries, black cherry, light herbs. Some earthiness. Full bodied, big in the mouth, mature tannins. Long, delicious finish. Definitely ready to drink now.

The wine begins with aromas of black cherries, cassis and spice. The fruit flavours and the texture are bold: flavours of cassis, cherry, blackberry mingled with chocolate and coffee. The wine has long ripe tannins. The finish lingers.

Producer Description: This wine delivers the lushness of a ripe vintage with aromas of rose petal, vanilla laced tobacco, wild cherry and wild dried herbs. The rich blend’s bright juicy flavours of raspberry, bumbleberry, wild cherry and blackcurrants with a dusting of cocoa powder, a hint of licorice and leather offers lingering tannins and a luxurious finish.
