Description

Amazing rare treasure, and even more so in magnum format. Well presented. Level top shoulder. Small split in capsule foil, but cork dry and firm with zero signs of seepage (bottle has, of course, been stored on its side). Label torn at edges but complete. A good looking specimen.

A stellar vintage from Lafite. 95-97 RP, 18.5 JR, 98/100 JG. Better than the 1949 says Neal Martin. Praise indeed!
