Pauillac wine from the Bordeaux wine region of France is difficult to find, and "Grand Cru Classé" is a classification of Bordeaux wines.
Sensual, seductive, silky... There are no superlatives to describe a wine on which many critics agree. It is rare to hear from a Médoc that it is round enough to be drunk "young". The suppleness and finesse of this wine have earned it this reputation. This accessibility is partly due to a large proportion of Merlot (35%), which is relatively large for the municipality. Although it is fleshy and tender, this Pauillac cru remains tannic enough, deep and rich enough to evolve over the next 10 to 20 years.
