Description

This is a stunning wine from a grower whose wines are not yet available in the UK. It is from the Corbières-Boutenac region and is the 2017 vintage. The beauty of this wine is that it uses some old vine Carignan grapes in the mix with Syrah and Grenache and does it make a difference. Delicate, smooth and beautifully fruity yet with an exquisite lingering finish. There is a great equilibrium between the acidity and the tannins - beautifully balanced. Stored in perfect conditions for all of its life, temperature and humidity controlled.
