Dows Vintage Port 1963
A good bottle of the legendary 1963 vintage, with a nice label.
I purchased this on the 4th of December 2015 and it has been well stored since, there has never been any sign of seepage and the wax seal stamped 1963 is intact.
This is an extraordinary house that seems to have been particularly successful with its vintage port since 1977.The 1963 is a classic, a monumental, rich, still tannic wine that will last at least another 30 years

Incredibly youthfull and powerful, slightly raw still. Medium ruby with a red edge, concentrated black cherry and earth aromas, full-bodied, with intense berry flavors, full hard tannins and an excellent finish. Drink 1990-1992.
