Great vintage, great producer.
This bottle was found in the cellar of a late gentleman in Dorset where his widow claims it had been since "around 1980"
From the photos you will see that it is has been for many a long year* with more than a little dust which has covered the otherwise complete label. It also has an intact seal duly stamped with the vintage and the bottle also bears the 1977 vintage in the shoulder of the glass.
The level is around the base of the neck, and there is no seepage.
"Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat...."
Will this bottle see 2019? Doubtful...
