For although they employ different ingredients and processes to produce iichiko barley shochu, Wakabotan sake and Himiko ajimu wine, the underlying concept is always the same: "Quality comes first." They begin by carefully selecting the finest natural ingredients and water. Then apply their advanced brewing and distilling technologies to produce shochu and sake of the very highest quality. This is the way they have always worked-and the way they always will.
