From Lustau's long-established Almacenista range. Almacenistas are firms who age sherries for several years and usually sell them on to larger houses for blending. Lustau try to identify individual casks of these wines that are unusually promising, purchase them, and bottle them individually without blending. Effectively this idea was the forerunner of what Equipo Navazos has been doing so brilliantly and successfully more recently.

Sanchez-Romate "La Sacristia de Romate" Oloroso VORS (500ml)
VORS = Vinum Optimum Rare Signatum, guaranteeing an average age of wines in the blend of 30 years. This is the highest classification available and is generally a guarantee of exceptional quality.
