Critic tasting note: "Very peppery, but also blueberry puree, latwerge, fir honey. Very mild on the palate, slightly sweet, very silky and delicate, almost shy in the tannin yield, yet quite long and with lime mineral underlay, very subtle acidity, ends alcohol-borne and a little drying. An attempt to be a powerhouse and an aesthete in one." - Falstaff
