Medium deep colour. Dark cherry, blackberry, mocha aromas with graphite notes. Well concentrated, bouyant. and generous wine with lovely dark berry mocha flavours, some pastille notes and fine persistent chalky brambly tannins. Finishes firm with lovely bitter chinotto graphite notes. A lovely balance between fruit, volume and structure. Vigorous yet sweet fruited and complex. 15% Alc Now – 2035 (8th August 2017)
