Rich, ample and broad on the palate, the 2011 captures the ripeness of the year, yet still retains a good measure of freshness. Fontodi is one of the most important and respected wineries in the Chianti Classico area. In every vintage they manage to put in the market some of the most beautiful expressions of the terroir and usually their Chianti Classico is one of the best around.
