Delamain Early Landed Cognac 1973 was landed in 1974 and bottled in 1996. This rare 1973 cognac is missing its front label. (Part of a case of wines acquired with one bottle experiencing greater cellar damage.)
Delamain is one of only a few select Cognac ‘houses’ allowed to declare vintage cognacs, and all stock has a genuine cellar record to protect consumers from misleading practices.
Delamain maintains a tradition of craftmanship that sets perfection above commercial wants, and for over 300 years it has built a worldwide reputation as the Rolls Royce of the cognac industry. It was one of the few houses to ship early landed cognacs into Bristol for ageing where dampness of storage is such an important aspect of ageing.
