Description

Iron, spices, red raspberry and strawberry, quite aromatic but also quite restraint at this stage. Medium bodied, acidic entry with some steaminess that mellow down the acidity and bring a better balance and rounded mouth feel in the mid palate and finish. Quite powerful and good length. There is a touch of salinity mineral at the back too. Similar to the Aux Reas, this will benefit from further aging in the bottle for the next 3-5yrs
