Tenuta Le Potazzine is a small winery tucked away at altitude on the slopes of Montalcino and making what Italian wine critic Kerin O’Keefe describes as “signature Montalcino bottlings…producing quality wines in difficult vintages whilst in excellent vintages making some of the finest Brunellos in the denomination”. Nicolas Belfrage was also a fan calling it a “little gem of an estate” and continuing “one can taste in Le Potazzine wines the contentment and harmony that prevail at the estate”.
This lot comprises 3 bottles from the very good 2007 vintage. They were purchased on release from a reputable UK merchant and, since being taken out of in bond storage, have been stored in my Climadiff wine fridge.
They are all in very good condition with excellent fill levels (see photographs).
