"Dried apple, lemon rind, walnut, praline, dried honeysuckle and clove on the nose. Medium-bodied with tangy acidity. Bright and vibrant feel, balancing the rich, waxy layers of dried fruit and spice. Saline undertones. Some nougat and yogurt, too. Long.
