The olives are harvested in December, then dried in the attic for 2 to 3 weeks before being pitted and cold pressed. Stored in barrels and bottled manually, this olive oil is the treasure of artisan know-how.

Elegance and Taste:

Blend of olive varieties: Grossane, Verdale and Picholine

Nose: cut hay, smoked, peppery note

Mouth: fine and intense on the material, which finishes fresh and acid.
