A rare example from 1957 in surprisingly good overall condition.

This is English bottled by Blayne of Newcastle (as embossed on the capsule). Many clarets right up until the early 1970's were bottled from barrels in England, a trade that had endured for some 400+ years.

A good clear and complete label, a level of HIGH SHOULDER, and a good clear capsule as per photo and showing no signs of seepage.
