Description

Calling all 50 year olds (or soon to be) or more likely their friends/ family.

Recently 'rescued' from a country house cellar in East Sussex where it had lain undisturbed "for as long as we can remember"...A very good example of this well known Grand Cru Classé from 1962, which although not as reputed as the legendary 1961, was nevertheless a very good vintage.

This bottle has retained a very good label - just a few scuffs, and a good chateau embossed capsule. The level (see photo) is a mid to high shoulder, quite acceptable for a 50 year old.
