A good looking bottle with complete label, embossed capsule (with a couple of small biffs) and level at Very High Shoulder - commensurate with age.

high shoulder but cork went into bottley However, light rim red fruit on nose and palate, cedar became more complex as I drank. long finish. still tannin. had with pork chops. earth notes at the end but delicious and still alive at 35 years old. Complex .

5/26/2014 - VIVT LIKES THIS WINE: 90 Points
Clear rim. Red fruit aroma and flavor, cedar in nose and taste went well with a broiled lamb chop and asparagas became more complex as I ate and drank long finish. balanced developed more earthiness. Amazing. Delicious.
