Description

THREE lots of TWO bottles from their original wooden case and all in excellent order.

All levels are 'in neck'.

Recently released from long term storage in bond.

A fairy tale 18th century château built in 1779 by a Mr White, the château has passed through various hands but has been owned since 1945 by the Dulos family. Situated in the commune of Cantenac, Martinens has 60 hectares of which 30 are planted with 63% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc. Aged in oak (45% new each year) for around 12 months.

From the great '96 vintage: highly recommended.
