"In the second flight,the Hermitage Les Bessards 1996 blew the roof off! It had a dark red,violet color,a plum,lavender,olive,tapenade,jasmine,and redcurrant nose.On the palate,it was rich,concentrated,young tart,plum and red fruits with pepper and "herbes de Provence" and a long finish".
