Description

This Domaine created in the village of Pommard in the 1920's was started by Paul-Joseph Cyrot who was previously manager at Chateau de Pommard and Clos du Tart. Four generations later and the the Domaine is run by his great grandson Olivier. Manual harvesting and aging, in oak barrels, of which 30 to 40% of new barrels, lasts 12 months.

Wines built to last and be enjoyed!!

Initially the vintage was thought to be patchy but more and more it is being seen to be a really good vintage after time in bottle.
