3x 750ml of 1999 Cono Sur '20 Barrels' Merlot, which is one of Cono Sur's top-end limited-bottling range. Current vintages of this wine retails for £15-20, where available.
Provenance: Bought on release in the UK, and stored undisturbed in a traditional, dark, cool cellar that also held first growth clarets; removed from said cellar in December 2011.
Condition: Levels are very good / excellent, labels are bin soiled and incomplete in places; foil and capsule is intact
Tasting: Drinking very nicely at the moment; still holding its dark purple colour, fruit very much to the fore.
