Robert Parker The Wine Advocate 88pts
A little subdued on the nose with gravel, leather and a touch of white pepper. The palate is medium-bodied, still a little unresolved but with attractive blackberry and boysenberry fruit. Good weight on the finish with a touch of white pepper and cooked meats. It could do with another year in bottle. Drink 2009-2013. Tasted January 2008.
