Made from 100% Tempranillo with an average vine age of over 50 years old, the 2011 Bodegas Ostatu Rioja Reserva is deep ruby coloured, with intense aromas of blackberries, black cherries and liquorice.

“The 2010 Reserva is sourced from small plots of old vine Tempranillo fermented in small vats and bottled in the spring of 2012 after 16 months aging in oak barrels. It is already developing some complexity, with notes of leather, raw meat, licorice, ink, black pepper and a slight animal hint.
