Winemaker’s Notes:

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot grapes grown at an altitude of 1,000 metres in the Valle de Uco. The wine was aged for 16 months in first-use French oak barrels prior to being bottle aged for another 12 months. The 2003 vintage has matured beautifully and is now better than ever.

Anne-Caroline’s French roots are clearly reflected in this wine. This is what a Grand Cru Bordeaux tastes like in an exceptional year, but with the aroma of intense red fruit that is rarely found in a Bordeaux. Challenge your Bordeaux loving friends to try this one and name the Chateau!
