Very approachable Barolo; although made in a traditional style, it does not need 10-15 years of waging to smooth out the tannins that are characteristic of Barolo wines. It starts to drink well now and could still further improve over the next 5-10 years.
Classic Barolo notes: black tea, roses; red fruit, black cherries; crisp and dry; strong tannins that are well kept in check by the fruity notes.
