The Borolo Reverdito has all the things you could want from a Barolo; perfumed dried fruits, violets and leather lead onto a palate of robust structure and power. There is a touch of funk/brett whch adds to the complexity. This wine will continue to develop and unwind over the next 5-8 years. Suited for a dish such as venison.
From the vineyard of Castagni in the commune of La Morra, this is a wine of great concentration and ripeness, and is more accessible in its youth than many Barolos. A perfumed nose of ripe cherry, violets and leather lead to a structured and lively palate with powdery tannins. Enjoy now until 2032.
