Description

The Beringer family were early exponents of Knights Valley, one of Sonoma County’s original sub-regions. Named an AVA (American Viticultural Area) in 1983, this warm and sunny valley provides an exceptional climate for late-ripening Cabernet Sauvignon. Beringer bought their Knights Valley vineyards in the 1960s, and sustainably farmed, mature vines account for the potency in this aristocratic Cab. It’s got classic blackcurrant fruit, layered with dark chocolate, mocha, sweet dried herbs and a supple, silky finish.
