Stated on the label "Calon-Segur, Premier Cru de St Estephe". Well I`d think Chateau Montrose would have something to say about that, but perhaps back in 1962...

Anyhow here I have a generally good example of this well known chateau. Rescued from the cellars of an East Sussex country house where it has lain undisturbed since the early 1970`s.`
