We have owned this bottle for a number of years but recently there have been signs of seepage, as can be seen from the photo of the right hand side of the label and the capsule.
The level is at low shoulder, the label is quite full, a little faded, nicked,out of alignment, lightly damp affected and stained. The capsule is quite full but worn and nicked.
A very rare vintage of Haut Brion which normally sells from around £700 to over £1000.
However, there is considerable risk with this one.
I will affix weave tape to the capsule to protect it in transit which should stop or at least minimise any seepage.
