A Bordeaux blend. Château Haut-Marbuzet is one of the oldest properties in Saint Estèphe. The vineyard is perfectly located, on gravelly slopes mixed with clay and limestone. The high proportion of Merlot (40%) in the blend gives it an exceptionally soft, mellow character, resulting in Robert Parker describing it as the most sensual wine in Bordeaux
