Description

A historic house in Margaux, with its roots in a 14th-century estate named after noble house of La Bégorce. The estate has 30 hectares of vines on a sand, gravel and silt-based vineyard.

A mature, medium-full bodied claret, with the classic Margaux hallmarks of dark crimson fruit overlayed with savoury, earthy flavours. The tannins are still just in eveidence and are balanced nicely by the taut acidity.
