Now 48 years old this Montrose is not looking too bad apart from its level which is at low shoulder. As such, there has to be the usual warning about the possibility that the condition of the wine might not be that good.
However, there does not seem to be any sign of seepage and the cork feels firm. The capsule is in good condition and the label, although full, is a little bin soiled.
