Description

This Lebanese fine red wine is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon,Cinsault and Carignan and aged for about a year in French Nevers Oaks before being bottled in cellar for another four years wich made it to a Bordeaux Cabernet style The 2001 vintage has layers of rich berry fruit, redcurrants , hints of toasted bread, fresh tea and plums. In a palate there are mature fruits plums fig and cherries. The wine is intense and gregarious releasing complex notes with a cleansing acidity. This ideal companion of hard rind cheeses is a unique wine of ancient tradition
