I have for sale one bottle of Chateau Pontet Canet from the legendary 1961 vintage.
Unfortunately I won't be alive long enough to enjoy the 2009 or 2010 vintage at 55 years of age and I certainly would not dare speculate how much they might cost with that amount of bottle age.
As can be seen by the photos the bottle is in very good condition given the age, as is the capsule. Level as expected given the age of the wine.
A rare opportunity to taste a super-second from from one of the best vintages of the last 100 years at a very reasonable price. No where is stocking this in the UK currently but it can be bought in Hong Kong for over £400. My reserve is way below this.
