A half bottle of Corton Les Bressandes from the great 1959 vintage and the renowned producer J Thorin. No signs of seepage; ullage 4.5cm below the cork; label lightly cellar stained; capsule has minor scuffs; excellent clarity; some fine sediment.

My tasting note, August 2018: Bright red colour; aroma of fresh red summer fruits; fully mature, ripe tannins; delicate flavours of raspberries and wild strawberries.
