Six bottles of Croft vintage in excellent condition with very clean bottles and totally intact capsules
A Particularly robust port showing long lasting qualities, I last opened a bottle at the beginning of the year and was surprised how much life is still in there. I quote Jancis Robinson below
"Some ruby richness with real colour gradation. Intriguing nose of bake and wood. Interesting. Layers of rather wild, countrified flavours here. A vigorous wine with lots still to give even if the finish is currently a little dry. Definitely not one of the sweetest ports but a good, valid style. 17/20 points," Jancis Robinson MW (10/2004).
