I opened a couple of these at a recent dinner party with some friends born in 1977 and must admit expectations were not high! I was very pleasantly suprised with the freshness and quality of fruit still present.
My notes read as follows -
Real suprising depth. Lovely smoky, leathery and black fruits on the nose and palate with a long, cherry and peppery finish.
