Three bottles of this perennial favourite Shiraz, which, at 10 years old , is just about beginning to open up for drinking.

Here are the three latest Cellartracker notes:

2/16/2016 - HELISPUD LIKES THIS WINE: 93 Points
2.5 years after the last bottle..Has aged well, the "cola burn" is gone but still has been replaced by mature cherry and currant notes. Just a bit of alcohol on the finish. Ready to drink, now. Didn't decant but
will next bottle.

1/31/2016 - CWEINER LIKES THIS WINE: 92 Points
Decanted 3 hours ahead, served with filets mignon. Still young but at least now holding together. Will not open another to 2018.

12/25/2015 - TEEBS LIKES THIS WINE: 94 Points
Big, bold and juicy. A classic.
