Domaine Dujac are now established as one of the stars of the Cote de Nuits. The house style uses whole bunch techniques to give structure and perfume to wines that age beautifully as a result.

Brilliant red. High-pitched aromas of raspberry, crushed stone and dusty brown spices. Creamy-sweet and juicy, with ripe fruit nicely leavened by a sappy, savory quality. Finishes with substantial broad, dusty tannins and excellent subtle, smoky persistence. Very promising.
Antonio Galloni 90-92
The 2010 Gevrey-Chambertin Aux Combottes opens with freshly cut flowers, sweet spices and minerals. It shows lovely energy and plenty of verve in a medium-bodied, gracious style that is immensely appealing.
