A delicious red wine from the north Italian region of Piedmont (Piemonte), this full, smooth red is made from 100% Nebbiolo grape varietal, which can be further broken down into two strains of the Nebbiolo Grape: "Michet" and "Lampia". It weighs in at 14% ABV alcohol, and is great to drink now, but should continue to age beautifully, well into the mid-2030's.

"This Barolo Cannubi is another strong wine in this lineup. The floral aromatics, lilting red berry fruit and feminine, gracious personality are all classic Cannubi, but here, those notes are given an extra kick of intensity by the warmth of the vintage. The tannins need a few years to soften, yet there is already plenty to admire here. Rose petal and sweet spice overtones reappear on the expressive, inviting finish." 90 pts.
