The 2004 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon offers enticing aromas of herbs and spices to complement its lovely red fruit flavors, from white cherry and cranberry to raspberry and strawberry. Silky-smooth tannins with an attractive vanilla character add weight to the mid-palate and length to its spice-laced finish. Due to its smooth, silky palate and soft tannins, the 2004 Jordan can pair with an array of foods, especially those with grill flavors to complement the wine’s spice and vanillin oak. This wine can be enjoyed now at its peak, or it will continue to reward collectors through 2022
