1 x large format bottle in excellent condition, cork slightly raised but this is how I received it on release.(Signed by Troy Kalleske)
Totally black colour with deep purple hue. Magnificent nose with a range of exotic ripe berry fruits overlaid with notes of fresh licorice allsorts, dark chocolate, violets, spice & marzipan. An explosion of palate flavours-totally mouthfilling with loads of ripe fruit, blackberry, dark chocolate, spice & blood plum interlaced with confectionary & quince paste. Super joosy with fine chalky tannin background which is necessary to achieve balance. Long future, one of the finest wines from the 2003 vintage, a virtually perfect wine that will be a leading candidate for Barossa's Shiraz of the vintage.
