Description

Paul Garaudet is the fourth generation family owner of this traditional Beaune estate. Harvesting is totally by hand. His wines are matured in oak for 12-18 months before release, using one-third new casks. The owner suggests a best drinking window from 5 to 15 years after bottling, so hopefully these will be now approaching peak drinking.
