Description

Bouchard Pere et Fils are one of the power houses of Burgundy. With their "maison" in the heart of Beaune and their history and stories of the past two centuries they are a very creditable house.

Santenay is at the southern most end of the Cote de Beaune. In an area known mostly for its whites this red is velvety and gives a freshness of fruit. The appearance of these bottles is of a soft red showing signs of good mature burgundy.
